It's so important that we read the word of God, but don't just read it study and do what it says. James 18: 22-24 explains this so well. So many of us just want to memorize scripture just to look good, but what's the use of memorizing a scripture if your not living it? Don't talk the talk if your not walking the walk. Do what the word says......
(Scripture of Today) James: 18: 22-24
22 Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. 23 Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror 24 and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like.
